The inability to install a tractor unit is a security harassment.
I have two options: take the time to collect the wreckage or abandon it.
If you can’t install a tractor, it’s not worth it. Please do not issue a mission in such a place.
At the very least, change the usage restriction release to Ω player.
Where are you trying to use an mtu? Outside if starter/career agent systems you can use them anywhere just about
Better plan, remove MTUs from the game
