No, they are providing a service, they can’t stop providing that service or alter it.
There is a contract by the fact that there is a transaction.
For example, if you purchase plex, and CCP does not give you the plex. Or remove them. That’s a fraud.
Whatever is written in their EULA is wrong if it goes against the laws. You cannot pay for a service and not be granted that service.
Whether or not you own the digital assets is irrelevant. Your account owns the items and you are supposed to be granted access to them since that’s the service you paid for.
