Is there an (official) sheet listing the transformation of old subsystems into news one (e.g. which old legion offensive sub is gonna be a Support Procesor post-patch)?
Some subs are obviously gonna stay the same but many other old ones are condensed into new subs.
Who cares what it looks like! If you have any recon T3âs with a cloak you will be neuted out and your paper thin, butter soft tank will melt in 20 seconds! 1 billion ISK instant wreck! The whole concept of active tank ships is garbage!
Completely destroying all recon versions of T3âs for W-Space (What they were designed for) By forcing anything with a cloak to be Active tanked which means instant death in W-Space. All PVP engagements will have heavy neuting involved. But great for shooting red houses and hiding from the âBad guysâ
This is braking the tip off of every PVP sword and spear in W-Space. And now all my men and resources will be turned towards slaughtering red house shooting monkeys!

I thought the lesson had been learnt about âbalancing by costâ as being a bad idea with Supers & Titans already. Or was it learnt so long ago that itâs been forgotten.
[/quote]Thats balancing by cost only. Balance by its literal nature, is a consideration of all factors. Cost is just as valid as the rest of the options so long as you dont rely on it entirely.
Itâs probably a bit late in the game to mentions this but the logistics subsystems should have been given a weapons damage bonus.
Currently on TQ I can fit a T3C to do both logistics and damage within a small fleet, for when we have limited numbers or when we are flying a spider tanking setup but now that gameplay has been completely removed.
Sure you can use un-bonused reps but with the new design, itâs not worth it.
I donât see why I would want to fly the covert recons or HACs after this change, T3C are still better in every way (there is even less of a reason to fly covert recons after this)
@CCP_Fozzie Can you elaborate on why exploration seems to be hit fairly hard? It appears the changes mostly drive aggression and offensive application of the platform while passive use of T3C such as with exploration shows stong degradation in being applicable.
Right now, while I can fly a Cloaky/Nullified Tengu into a system, a refit is needed (mostly in space) as having the travel subsystems fitted will prevent me from having a suitable fit to run high end sites such as Superior (and even Standard) Sleeper Caches.
On the other hand, being Cloaky/Nullified now does not prevent me from unleashing 1K DPS while having an active tank and being cap stable.
The reason for asking is that while for DPS and most other applications where a T3C actually benefits from the changes, for exploration there is no such alternative in other platforms and so there is no choice.
The risk/reward in the current state to run high end (data) sites really is not there with at best 15/20% of the hull/fit cost (not counting potential SP loss) to be retrieved from these sites. Especially moving Cloak to Defensive is simply a bad change in this regard. I also lose cap stability which further reduces the incentive to run these sites.
Had a look over this i prittymuch agree id rather see the gravitational capaciter replace the nullification prop but i could like with these changes you suggest. Also the Obfuscation Manifold should be binned the Emergent Locus Analyzer should have been used i just feal they fit better with the design
