Thank you for the update, only question I have: is it save to redeem the 150000 SP from redeem queue now? I didnā€™t touch it after my 150k became full yesterday.

If itā€™s still in your redeem queue it should be safe to redeem it now. The fix yesterday prevented it from going to inventory for those that havenā€™t yet redeemed it.

Yourā€™s should be okay because a fix was put in a couple of hours after the fault arose. It should be near the top of this discussion. Only those between new reset yesterday and two hours later were affected.

I have the same issue, do I need to submit a support ticket to make sure this doesnā€™t get overlooked?

You shouldnā€™t need to worry about having to put in a support ticket. Since this has affected a lot of people at this point a fix will likely be global for everyone who is impacted.

So, basically, the players, who did login every day, who was constantly playing all those days, and who redeemed those SP cans first, were punished for their loyalty?

I donā€™t know whatā€™s has been done but :

  • it works with account that has not yet redeem it
  • stuck with the redeemed 150K item

It is probably the most stupid question but
this " Omega daily events " is reserved only for omega or for alpha too ?

hi my 7days omega time ends tomorrow and as you said monday then we will know the outcome but will i still get the 150k SP that was redeem yesterday but bugged even if i do not renew my sub? or do i have to submit a ticket for reference?

@CCP_Aurora Iā€™m in the same boat as well with a number of my skill farmers that Iā€™m letting go to alpha.

This is one more question to rise. If the character is omega, and has 5mil to 20mil SP, at the moment he can add SP to heā€™s skills. If heā€™ll become alpha with 5mil skillcap, and will get those 150k SP, then those SP will become USELESS for him, although AT THE MOMENT he can use thoseā€¦ And those SP will be hanging mockery until heā€™ll become Omega againā€¦ IF he will have a wish to become Omega, and WHEN, after how long time period he will get that wishā€¦

Normally as long as the alpha SP is fewer than 20M SP, Ihe should enjoy them if the alpha is at his max ( 20M SP) he canā€™t use them .

You mean Alpha with skill cap of 5 mil SP can add free SP till 20 mil even in state of Alpha? This moment should be clarified, because in dev blogs there is nothing about free SP, only that Alpha can get up to 20 mil SP only if he will become Omegaā€¦

Alphas can train SP to the 5m cap - after that, their SP source is strictly event rewards and injectors, to a maximum of 20m SP.
