Post details and open a ticket to CCP if the jumps with issues are actually related to their servers or their provider.
Get other people with issues to do exactly the same and identify common points.
Aka, take steps that CCP aren’t in a suitable position to do so, because CCP don’t know who has issues and who doesn’t without these steps.
