Launcher won't start

I’ve been unable to install the game or play since a week, i even tried reinstalling windows entirely with no luck, my launcher won’t start because it cant find these files

QT5WebEngineWidgets.dll
QT5Widgets.dll
steam_api.dll
QT5WinExtras.dll

any fix for this?
