I have had the same issue since the update. I have tried the usual and a little beyond. I have deleted cache, uninstalled the game, deleted all the directories, scoured the registry, and deleted any remnants. Reinstalled . . . still nothing. I am running eve through Steam on a Window 10 machine, NVIDIA GTX 1060 . . . yeah I know . . . Steam. . .
