I went into the game and looked at these tasks. They are more fun than ones that can be completed for real income. I did not find a single task that I would want to complete. It is already quite clear that this will not work. And this is not surprising. Why would another player pay you their ISK? Therefore, these tasks should in no way be considered as a full-fledged replacement for game content. I remain with my opinion. The patch did not add anything new to the game, and this is sad.
I am skeptical about this. Yes I see a lot of these freelance jobs available. It was obvious that everyone tries to create one the first day it is available.
Some players are probably doing it, there is no downside for job-takers, so why not.
But it adds nothing new to the game. The jobs can be only something that would players do normally anyway and you canât even benefit from it as a job creator/job giver.
What is point of making a job to mine your moon ore and pay them for it, when they can keep it lol? Or to mine veldspar in belts of the system you live at. You are getting absolutely nothing out of it as a creator. So I wonder how long will it takes when this content ceases to exists.
Similarly with âkill non capsuleersâ - there is no point creating this job. NPCs donât pose risk to you and some player would clear them eventually without your job anyway. So why bother making a job for it that gives you no benefit and just pays the players extra money from your pocket.
And donât get me started on damage capsuleers. That is absolute nonsense that can and will be abused to hell. If someone makes a job to damage my main, I can just take an alt with cap stable Gnosis with remote repair shields, I accept duel with my main, start shooting and repping at the same time. Easy money for nothing.
All this system offers is a visibility. Nothing else. You could already hire freelancers to mine your moon belt which you are not able to mine and buy the ore from them. But you needed to use Buy Order (which wonât really tell them the ore is there to mine) or tell players in local or in some channel for miners that you have this ore and pay them for mining it for you. (And then they would probably mine your ore and not sell it to you, because they can get more for it at Jita right? 
) And right now you can bring peoples to mine your ore for which you give them ISK and then they can keep it or you need to pay them again to buy it from them in form of Buy Order again. Does it makes sense? No.
Most of those jobs are useful for Null peeps in keeping up ADMs.
