As I said, I’m transfering the character with PLEX by writing a ticket. But I’m not 100% sure that it’s possible.
No I think they disabled that back in may. You have to pay 20$ here https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203465481-Character-Transfer

Indeed, the “PLEX” option is not accessible, yet I’ve read somewhere that sending a ticket with 1k PLEX in vault is still OK (but may add delay I guess).
So I am just supposed to wait 5 days for CCP to decide to respond to your ticket? I overpaid for this toon hoping it would be on my account this morning. If you can’t deliver then give me back my isk. Or lower it to 15.5 and we wait…
