Let corp leadership control what members are allowed to deploy structures

Very simple use-case: a spy or a rookie can decide to deploy a structure in a corp that’s dedicated to being non-war-eligible, therefore turning the entire corp into a pumpkin, putting Jump Freighter fleets in danger and basically destroying the entire highsec logistics chain for the real wardeccable counterpart.

Please allow corp leadership to restrict deployment of structures only to certain players (or roles? not sure how that works in EVE).

I don’t know how many times people accidentally or maliciously did that, but I assume it happens more often than not.

Thanks.

This would reduce opportunities for subterfuge and betrayal, so I vote against this idea; -1.

-1 as well.

Corp leadership should properly vet their members. Not rely on CCP to create a failsafe mechanic to spare them from their own complacent stupidity.

This is already a thing? (someone can fact check me) but there are roles that restrict deploying stations.

Corp leadership can already do this. The role in question is the Station Manager role.

Once again yet another thread that can be summed up with “it already exists” or “it already works that way”.

Once day I hope people who actually play the game are the ones that come up with features and ideas.

There’s a distressing number of these kinds of thread hereabouts.
