Hello,
I am looking for directors for a new indy/mining corp/alliance. We are well funded, and will be establishing ourselves in HS for the time being, with plans on expanding into other areas of the game. We are primarily going to be a PvE/indy/mining alliance, but will also have a strong PvP/scouting arm for internal security.
Open positions are as follows:
Director of Operations
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the corp/alliance, from managing other directors, to establishing long-term goals, to just being present for alliance CEOs and members.
Director of Finance
Responsible for managing financial activities within the alliance, ensuring funds are being spent according to alliance goals.
Director of Mining
Responsible for establishing a centralized mining operation for the alliance. They will oversee managing mining goals/targets, best practices, and other mining related tasks.
Director of Industry
Responsible for establishing a centralized industry operation for the alliance. They will oversee managing industry goals/targets, best practices, and other industry related tasks.
Director of People and Culture
Responsible for establishing a centralized recruiting operation for the alliance, as well as handling all internal people and culture related operations/services. They will oversee managing the various people that make up the alliance, as well as establishing a culture and identity for the alliance.
Director of Training/CEO of the Alliance Academy
Responsible for establishing a robust training program for new alliance members, new players, and creating the alliance onboarding program.
Director of Diplomacy/Alliance Diplomat
Responsible for establishing a robust diplomacy mechanism for the alliance, they will be responsible for all diplomacy related tasks within the alliance.
Director of Security
Responsible for managing the security needs of our alliance, from screening potential spies, to providing scouting, and other recon services, to general escort duties.
