I was hoping someone can link me to a resource where I could find specific wormhole that’s meet the criteria I’m looking for.
I don’t know if it excisists, but I am looking for a C1-3 that has a Hi-sec static and minimal other connecting WHs, but only allows in medium or smaller ships only.
I was thinking about running PI and maybe kill some sleepers or run data/relic sites that would be easy to get into and also not have to worry about big boy ships.
Is there such a WH list I could see that matches my criteria’s?
Even if there is, unless someone is currently in the wormhole, wanting to move, and willing to sell it to you, it’ll still be faster to randomly find one than to find a specific wormhole.
I know there’s a section of the forum where people sell locations like this. Asking for what you want there will increase your chances.
Only C1 allow medium size as maximum. And Highsec static means it’s easy to be evicted, which will eventually happen. So you can be bold and enjoy some months or perhaps years in your home - and earn decent money.
There’s some Freeports in C1 WHs, did you try living there?
There are a few rules on which combinations of statics/sizes are allowed:
A C1 will only allow medium or smaller in
A C2-C4 has connections that are large or below, connections from a C1 will be medium
A C1 and C3 always have one static (excepting shattered holes), this static will be HS, LS or NS, not j-space
A C2 will always have two statics, one k-space, one j-space. The only possible combinations are: HS+C1, HS+C3, HS+C4, LS+C2, NS+C5, NS+C6
So based on the above, the only wormhole that will meet your criteria is a C1 with HS static.
“Minimal other connecting WHs” is not possible to realise. If your WH has a HS static, other wormhole groups deeper in the chain will keep their connections open if it’s a good HS so they can haul. You could of course stay watching the sig list 24/7 and immediately roll any WH that spawns, but rolling in a C1 is a bit awkward with no battleships.
There are some people who reside within wormholes like the Wormlife corp. They are also into a lot of tracking patterns. I never used tools like Pathfinder because I used the in game info on wormholes.
When you scan down your wormhole the dialog about it will give subtle hints about the class, life, mass, and ship size allowed. When you enter any wormhole, most will have the following; at least one wormhole leading to high sec, one low sec, and several others leading to other wormhole J space. I have found shortcuts from high sec Caldari space into high sec Amarr space using as few as 2 wormholes. However these shortcuts won’t last forever and once you find one, use it before you lose it.
