This issue has not stopped for a year, dev’s do not care unless its skinnr.
Confirmed for me as well, I saw a neut in the overview but not in local, we both jumped in the next system, then I saw him in local as well. Asked him if he saw me in the previous system, said he did.
Had this a few times lately myself however I assumed it was abandoned ships, as that often occurs near me, a guy (the same guy) will bring in and abandon like 5 catalysts at a safe spot so that it looks like there’s a roaming fleet on scan, when in actuality it’s just a bunch of empties.
