Today I was flying around and my local showed only blues in the system and the warp to a gate and there is 7 neuts. This happened now twice wondering if there is a new problem with the local not working properly.
Were the neutral ships manned?
If nobody is sitting in the ship, or they just logged out, the name of the pilot won’t show in local while the (neutral) ships show on your overview.
