Local colortags don't match overview

Some overview states are not being represented in local chat as they are set in the overview, so far I can see that >security status below zero< and >security status below -5.0 <are just showing up as neutral, when in the overview they are set to have a yellow skull and a red blinky skull. The second one is of particular irritation as it would be useful to know that there’s a viable target in the system and it’s worth looking around, perhaps get a fight. What can I do to sort this out ?
