Does this mean the potential introduction of the long-awaited Upwell (or Flex) Intel structure?
This is the proof why developers shouldnt make any moves to make business for a product! So EVE is a product, CCP get a proper business oriented people who can research what the game needs and forward it for execution by the developers!
it is far better to have ten customers with 2 accountsā¦
than one with 12 accounts.
No, the hobo is abusing a goodwill gesture.
As a long time trader none of these things really effect me except maybe making it a little easier to move around, well, as long as I force myself to think every system has a camp in lol but im good with that.
As for the people āthreateningā and embargo, please do; as a ā long time trader ā i can only see benefits in this, certainly in highsec as the items farmed from missions by the newbros will be worth more for the reprocessing alone - i fully believe it would be the opposite that would make things harsh for players; the flooding of the market of cheap imports is what makes trading and manufacturing hard work as its basically pointless and unprofitable.
gl with it though
Well, we donāt accept people into corp that describe themselves as miners or industrialists, we live in a C4 wormhole and weāre on the top 10 board for PvP every month. I think the description is pretty accurate. With 2 exceptions the PvE exists only to fund the PvP and weāll even bait with our PvP fleets to draw content sometimes. So I think itās a pretty accurate description.
Like EA? They let their business side drive their game development. We see where thatās leading them.
Blackout only for three weeks?
When does it start?
Thinking about subbing tbh, looks like it will be fun.
I am assuming the roamers that used to frequent eve some will be making a return
Hate killing bot vniās anyway.
No local chat AWESOME!!!
So mining may actually become profitable again?
One would hope but i think turbokrabs will not stop krabbing or selling their wares.
Are they still exist, i was forgot them!
you dont need space in nullsec to pvp.
nullsec lets you build your own empire, to impose your rules.
You need to pvp to be able to hold that space. But you also need an economy to build an empire. Nullsec groups have both and they know how to keep those at balance or they falter.
and you call yourself a trader
wtf u tellin me for?
thats what i saidā¦
yes and ive been in a few where the indy miners are more than a pita. (in one large entity one was even telling people to be in fleet 100% getting angry and militant with people that werent⦠only to then call for help as his rorq had been tackled⦠turns out he wasnt in fleet⦠gtfo)
ooh i am, but your grasp of economics seems to be biased and misses out other regions entirely thinking somehow that turbokrabs are anything but tax money for corps and somehow, miraculously manufactures for the whole of new edenā¦
Basically⦠looks like someone forgot it was nullsec that had to import goods from highsec, and still is in most cases.
a chance to explore null space riches both in value and salt
If you donāt like this change, donāt play during the āblackoutā. If you like it, play more. This will give CCP a measure of how popular this change is.
So genuine question: Iām guessing a huge chunk of mined minerals come from null. If all the rorq miners āunsubā ( or rather āstop using plexā), everyone assumes mineral and therefore ship prices will increase.
Isnāt this a good thing? This improves ISK making options for newer players and encourages moving to losec for higher income?
Of course price increase itās a good thing, current cost for ships and module is too lower since Ć while.
So as a new player (less than a year into this game) who has invested over $2,000 into this game, this angers me. Who really wins by turning off local in null? Itās not the players. Sure, some of you will get a nice green kill board and you will feel great about yourselves for a few hours. However, the players who do things in null besides PVP such as mine or rat will suffer.
If your a newer player such as me, you donāt have 100ās of billions of isk to sit on like some of these elites do that have been playing the game for years. You need to to work for your ISK and do something that generates ISK in a reliable, reasonable fashion. If you donāt, you wonāt be able to afford any PVP action or you will turn to your credit card. This isnāt an effort to make null-sec balanced, itās an attempt to see how many more hits CCP will get off your credit card when they choke null-sec out of its ISK making potential.
Ever since Iāve started playing this game last September Iāve only ever seen CCP take away your ISK making potential in null. So letās think about this now, letās say I wanna moon mine. If you watch local like a hawk, you might just be able to dock before someone grabs you and destroys your ship and then cloaky camps the system for the next 3 days. If they have a ceptor +/ a dictor your screwed unless they mess up. Now CCP wants to take away the only tool you have to keep yourself from getting killed.
Donāt get me wrong, PVP is great fun but when your a new player who is just trying to grind serious ISK in null so you can afford that next new thing you want in the game, itās awful. In my few months of playing this game one thing is certain, CCP doesnāt care about these types of players. They cater to the elites of the game, and do as much as they can to make sure you lose what you have.
If you wanna quote this and talk about how everything I said is wrong and how your right no matter what here my already made response for you: K
CCP are you fugging jocking? Nullsecs without local-chat? Play your dead game yourself stupid-jerk-managers. Hope to see you bankrupt soon
