We cant afford to WD you with todays game changes. Now we have a way to have some fun again.

And don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of respect for Goons and who ever invented grid foo. Its more of a challenge than you think. We just like the challenge.

I swear, the 1st, I’m gonna uncloak while I ram, point and say BOO in local! Not even shoot the dude, lol. (then GTFO  )

Its a game, lighten up…

I was talking of belts, not moon mining under protection of your station.

my 2 Cent to this….

I thin CCP made this move to bring ballance into the System.
After big Alliances get more and more power, and the ISK Farmers are richer then ever, what chance have smaller Alliances or Corps into the NS. Also the Botting Problem get bigger an bigger.

Maybe there will come a iHUB upgrade after the Invasion for the Local Chat.

So do not Panic People, there will be also Change in the future. Mankind surived Thousend of years… so we will survive this also. Take this a Chance to Change EVE to get more smaller Alliances stronge again in the NS and not only 2 1/2 Powerblocks…

And other Point. EVE and the Market life from killings Things… PVE Player, Miner, PVP gamers all over from EVE. And if there is no fights and we go hand in Hand arround EVE. What will EVE Online make special ?
I think, as i said, its a Chance to Change …. and in 2 or 3 years other changes will bother People ….

The more thought I have given this in past 2 days, I am thinking that krabs should rejoice if botting can be more easily eliminated by player activity. There will be open season on botters by an unknown number of pvpers. Botters devalue a krabber’s time. Taking the bot created resources from the market prices will make the human controlled krabber’s time a little more valuable relative to resources produced. Hard core pvpers do not want to spend any time krabbing. They’ll keep hard core krabbers plexed.

That is assuming they can impact the botting resource returns. There might not be enough bot killing knights playing Eve to get the job done, so few they knock can’t knock out a enough bot activity for anyone to notice.

almost like holding ratters for a bit while they scream on coms for help generates fights…

And it wasn’t already PTW with skill injectors?

How many 1year or less players have we seen skill inject their way into Titans or Roqs?

I agree with upper GOON players, the local black will bring back more stealth and counter intelligence game play to nulsec. Many forgot what nulsec was like in the early days, i feel this will make nulsec players better players, as they’ll start to think, instead of just turning up and afk mine ore or NPC’s.

Yes, we would be back to sprawling empires. But these empires would be much harder to hold because people can’t cover everything with a super umbrella, like Delve and Dronelands now.

bwa ha ha ha

me?

I am the almost epitome of a highsec carebear. Any and all tools/weapons that can be brought to bear on botting? deploy them.

I find in this thread and other sources an interesting dichotomy of messages. We all gonna quit is one and ā€˜it won’t hurt the big organizations being the other’. One of these must be a lie if the messages are coming from the same large orgaized nullsec. I was impressed that the thread hit such high numbers until it was mentioned that the link was pinged and the brigade was sent to make some noise.

hmmm

so which, if either message is real? how much of this is just metagameplay?

this is a completely different problem.10 man pvp fleet go low sek or npc null sec

Do know what year it was? My quick search only showed the 2018 sale.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the treat of clone insurance being brought back…

…that would bring real terror to anyone involved in PVP.
It would bring a completely different style of PVP tactics and level of loyalty to fleet commanders and corps, at view their fleet members as assets instead of cannon fodder.

Remember back when nulsec didn’t have local in the early days, if you were pod’d you’d reborn in a new clone in a highsec station, but you’d only have the skill levels you had at your last memory backup, and to a certain level depending on your clone insurance.

I wonder if CCP are aiming to re-add this to help kill of the bots?

There are scannable sleeper cosmic sigs that are worth more loot and they are safer for that reason.

As a wormhole fan it would be great if they returned to having to scan down everything and there is a method where you can scan down sigs without being seen… if your luck holds.

haha, man ….you feel to save in youe SOV NS …. thats the Problem.
There is a neut in our staging system,… no one will ever undock.

What is if CCP also disable Asset safty for th NS People… that would be a hard punsh …

Fantastic news. I’m interested in null again. Can we have this across high and low sec space as well.
