More targets doing dumb stuff in geminate, delve will probably have their ■■■■ together and provi honestly is pretty meh, i dont know why people bother out there atm.
But you admitted that he didn’t give us any numbers. So are you just saying based on what YOU personally believe, that the numbers must be so? In other words, yes, you are just making this up.
Will do. You’ll be trying to shoot me with mining lasers afterall.
No, I’m saying based on patently obvious game design and balance principles that EVE most certainly adheres to. example: Tracking Computers are good at 2 things. Once scripted, they only do the one thing, but they do it better.
having shot at a proc long enough in a confessor and having to change my fit, and also having lost several taranis to procurers i really cant say that barges and exhumers need more offensive capabilities.
I feel more confident in fact killing a ratting vni.
No, I’ll be helping drop supercaps on everything that moves and every gate that fires.
I might head down to delve, avoiding things like this can be challenging and fun sometimes.
Hope you’ve got lots of fuel!
I’ll let Gennel know you’re coming.
We do.
Given that CCP has been shown to be more than willing to break these “patently obvious game design and balance principles” with, most recently, Drifter attack groups that ignore structure damage caps, and are planning on fundamentally changing how Local chat works in all of Nullsec, I don’t think your argument has any ground.
Unless of course, you’re just making things up again.
CCP’s still convinced they’re not ignoring the damage caps, for one thing, and for another: they’re planning on testing a change to how local works. Bugs happen, and the second is, in fact, adherence to those very principles of game design.
No idea who that is, goon space though is probably better roaming space atm; sure you have a krab infestation and hotdrop a lot but theres a lot more besides.
geminate is basically nubs and 50 man stabber fleets or jags…
everywhere else is pretty damn poor content most days, and by poor i mean nada; either empty space or docked as soon as you enter local vni type territory; i hate what null has become.
Well, according to Vince Draken of NCDot, all of PanFam’s basically fleeing to Malpais because it’s as far as they can get from NPC space. So there should be some action to be had there.
NcnotundockDoT?
They gotta make money and rebuild, you know?
There was an app that I used a long time ago that made different noises based on the Standings of the pilot coming into the system.
Are such apps legal to use in game and if not legal which alliance will get banned for using them in Black Null?
pretty sure pandemic legion has some decent players, certainly the ones that organise stuff with v0lta but nc meh, theyre space is dead and they really are just a buch of old players who only want to drop caps now; i dont think they do any solo or small gang really? or at least not very well…
and dropping caps really just boils down to who has more… which is a bit of a ■■■■ way to play a game, kind of reminds me of a lot of games vs ai… fun for a bit, but gets boring.
Black Null will be seeing a lot more gate camps now for certain.
and thats not a bad thing.
Well I enjoy EVE allot, I have worked hard for all I have in the game. Unlike so many others that have multiple accounts I only have one. When I go ratting it is not in a VNI tried that found it so well, boring more of a Raven driver. From time to time I do some skiff mining as well.
So to the point I think taking local away is a bad idea. I wish the death of boters as much as anyone in the game. For so long all the PVP players were saying get out of highsec do something be useful to all those people in high sec, and so when many have ventured out into Null sec learned to protect themselves by actually passing on info on these supposed hunters usually running after AFK , Anom runners and Miners, the PVP huntersactually complain when a local group is formed up to hunt them down.
One strength of Local chat is that it provides PVP as much as anything else, yes people dock up but if I dock up I pass the info on so a response can be made to give the PVP aka hunters what they seem to desire I fight , maybe just not the one they wanted.
I help my corp I salvage , I mine I pay my local taxes and yes I learned to mitigate being killed hunters by not being afk, I dont claim to be a PVP pilot I really enjoy the game for other aspects. But when it comes to the RIsk vs Reward the risk wont validate it in a blind environment where the hunter PVP group will have every advantage.
So I see it like this yes PVP players will like the blackout , but can they truly say the long term for EVE will be better for it, they are not the only ones that pay for the game.
I say hey blackout local fine , just hope the people running the game don’t mind players Blacking out there wallets.
