This post is becoming embarrassing, So much miss information and false speculation.
In High sec (“The baby pool”), for those out of touch, we now have:
Incursions - Systems are closed off effectively for mining and mission running.
Triglavian invasions - Systems are closed off for mining, mission running and hauling through.
Seekers on gates with driffter backup - no bounties, ■■■■ loot.
Diamond mining npc’s clearing belts and attacking those with low standing - less mineable ore in HS.
FOB’s - Just to add a bit more pressure to HS.
A huge gap in industry profitability, we can not (not saying we should btw) compete with your lower costs.
On top of this, the usual need to spam dscan due to gankers, mission gatecrashers and baiting, and a CONCORD system that can be manipulated and not worth trusting.
All these things to make HS less appealing in the hope HS players fold and join the null gangs.
Yet we still don’t want to join you. Most of us just don’t care what you do in null do or how you do it. To many HS players what you do is simply irrelevant.
We have had to adapt. We get ■■■■ all from CCP tbh as you null players kick up a right stink. But we still play.
At this moment, a new player in his only venture, that risks all he has for a WH gas raid is showing more gut’s that the lot of ya!

Not everything that is in game files will be implemented. For example:
As for array - we don’t even know how it will work IF it gets implemented. So its a little too early to start panicking.

This has made EVE 500x more boring then it was, its like submarines online, no one is krabbing, small gangs are still playing kitie-coward play, player numbers are the same because everyone is just burning out their subscriptions docked up waiting out this storm. All this is going to do is make prices sky rocket and make it even harder for new players to afford anything, while keeping an everlasting hyper-boring level null sec game play. Hey CCP here is an idea, listen to the majority of players instead of the vocal minority of worm hole living perverts who think they are the only people who matter in the whole game. Also why have you not extended this to low and high sec? What kind of backwards logic is that?

Leaving only the number players in system.
They are waiting for those juicy new Local Communication Arrays.

or Maybe the intent design for the black out an to also state that maybe use the capture the flag method for the a short term disable of the local com array Otherwise the item is currently listed to be seeded at more than 4 billion ISK.
This black out I find to be boring dull useless.
This is a game set to be very far into the future yet we do not have “mine layers” an anchored or deployed from cargo bay item.
still do not have flight stick control for “dogfight mode” for the smaller faster ships
game is still lot of numbers bet the lesser numbers
easy mode for everyone an make the game dull
an yes not all item in the eve database will be added.
Yet some items may be there for long term release.
There is the unplanned then the planned as all who are the humans which make eve function including the CCP employees at any time change their minds.
time will reveal yet IF we want the items then we can VOTE is all in by posting here in the forums and or sending in petitions for the items.

other note is spread the info around so that eve will know about this item in the game an maybe we can have a CTF ( capture the flag element in eve online )

well its Weekend and sommer along so not much time anyway for me… but as i Always state eve was good as it was and its never helpfull drive people with force into a direction some will follow but also some will go and eve was Always more a niche game and not a big Player in MMO so i think pissing of p"l"ayers is never helpfull.

Its a bit like NASCAR. on any given Sunday 43 drivers experience the thrill of competition on the track. In additions , there are dozens of crew members providing services and equipment to those drivers. What I keep hearing is that those support people somehow don’t matter , only the skilled drivers on the track do.
I wonder how many 500 mile races there would be without pit stops, tires, gas…etc
get real people , the game is designed for a team with different skills and interests . quit talking like only your particular interest matters.

If the game does not have pvp, no one will need your modules and resources, look what happened on the Chinese server.
After the small PVP groups leave this server, the rest will follow them.
Well, you’re wrong. Hilmar likes to tell the story about when he first learned people were using jetcans to mine, just after EVE’s release. They were a tool the devs put in so they could test the ability to loot objects in space, long before Hulks were put in, and they just never took them out. He was taking time off for the birth of his kid, just after release, and playing EVE. Hooked up with a mining corp, who invited him along on their op in an asteroid belt. He filled up on ore, and was getting ready to warp back, when he spotted everyone kicking out cans, and a hauler came in to pick them up. Absolutely amazed him.
