Theres a whole dev team that is working on structures and infrastructure. CCP Falcon just hates you because you made him read 9000 reee posts on a Monday.

oh, another one of the genius ideas of āHave local restored only to owners/defenders via a structure that is PITA to get rid ofā. As if local for everyone was not bad enough.
If you like lore reasons: Concord required pilots to register with their routers and broadcasted that data to everyone. Now that is disrupted no player-owned structure can/should force other capsuleers to register to their enemiesā comm systems (unless they are stupid).
