Would be cool if able to achieve a destination bookmark for an alternate character when running missions with a dual character account.

Form a fleet with each other and link the Mission Journal to your alt. It keeps updating with every mission and your alt can warp to the locations just like char that accepted the mission.

Warp as Fleet does wonders in that situation, and if the alt is late to the party you can just right click the fleet member in the mission site and warp to member

On the odd chance that the responses above do not help because you do not have both characters online at the same time here are a couple of other options, these will work even if you have both accounts online.
Email the bookmark to your alt character.
Contract the bookmark to your alt character.
Leave the bookmark in a small secure container in space, be sure to password protect it.
You cannot mail bookmarks.
