If an omega with level 4 locator agent access reverts to Alpha, can they still use the locator agents?

Answer: Only level 3 locator agents on down.
And it sure would be nice if the agents listing was sortable by distance, level, or name.
Yea, you can use level 3 as Alpha. Takes a little longer to get the results than level 4, but it’s cheaper.
Last time I checked I found a level 3 locator agent using the Agency without much trouble.
I wish the Agency would allow me to sort the listing. And I think the listing results are limited to 30 items.
