For example i dont understand why it says revenant and there is a picture of two people on the forum. And the tagline? “Strike at the heart of darkness” what is meant by that?
Those ‘people’ are the Deathless pirate faction, introduced in the previous Havoc expansion:

As to what ‘strike at the heart of darkness’ means as tag line, I do not know. Might be a reference to the hostile system of Zarzakh where the Deathless reside, their new weapon system or something not yet uncovered in the current expansion.
