Nah. The first skills any noob should train are…
Biology to level V. That increases the time duration of cerebral boosters…doubles how long they last.
Fast Talk to at least level IV. This increases the security status reward you get for zapping NPCs. Many noobs probably spend months getting way less sec status update than they could have got if they’d just trained this skill earlier.
Just get one of those CONCORD ships for ratting for an extra boost.

Look we’re going to be needing that in writting before payments are made as from past experience you might write something that could hinder our exiting new order sovereign space.
Also isk is really tight this month and skill training pilots cost isk.
Also we got the CSM to submit our votes and that means more plex needed for Omega
