Looking for hull and fitting ideas

So to keep things short I tend to gate camp a lot I love artillery but it’s tracking, range and rate of fire have forced me consistently to jam my mids with sensor booster, tracking computers and sometimes a target painter. I tend to forfeit a prop module and take a cloaking device.

I love the play style but I wanted it to push it further

I was thinking about omega and getting myself something that will enhance the artillery remotely while sitting off the gate or bubble to push its range and accuracy further out.

I wanted to experiment with multi-boxing a heron just a throwaway ship to test it out, but I’m not sure if there is an optimal build to play around with before upgrading to a Ferox I really dig that 5th mid slot.

That right there is your answer, Omega will definitely change your game play…

Thanks bro definitely looking to start messing around with two omega accounts to multibox, I like the idea of having a pocket logistics command ship all my own to enhance my guns at the gate

For the ‘sitting off a bubble with artillery’ playstyle I’ve been wanting to give an artillery Panther a try for a while now.

The artillery cloaky Loki is fun and more mobile as it can warp cloaked, but it has a decloak targeting delay like most non-bomber cloakies have. But black ops battleships also have zero decloak targeting delay and the Panther hits even harder than a Loki.

I just don’t have enough playtime lately, so my own Panther is gathering dust at the moment.

By the way, why are you posting on a new alt and not on @Spring_Sky ?

Truthfully I got my old gate camping character back and am super excited and wanted to figure out which direction to go in if I multibox again, won’t lie this might very well end up being my new main as I’m not sure if it’s worth dumping money into extractors to try and rework Sky’s skills I think ultimately my interests in the game have changed. But the thread In general about using a heron to work my way into a command ship is a genuine question, I’m not sure if my ships that run the sensor booster two tracking computers and target painter would benefit from -remote- boosters and tracking computers or if there is something I’m missing or if the stacking penality applies to remote boosts if my ship is running its own. The real thing are the command bursts logistics and skirmish

Command bursts and remote sensor boosters both count towards stacking penalties too, so while they can save you some mid slots it’s not something to endlessly stack.

I would say, good ol’ tornado is enough … price wise, prob 1/5 to 1/8 of proper panther fit, so you can welp a couple

I like that idea a fine ganknado, I’m just trying to figure out the specs on a pocket booster for it in null.

I’m torn between a hyena with two target painters a remote booster and remote targeting system. To help push accuracy lock distance and weapon system distance that might be the sweet spot.

Or the Heron but stacking those 3 extra targeting computers and 2 sensor boosters might be a waste because of the stacking penalty.

to be honest, my take on this would be just to have 2 nados ^^; but I am too oldschool so not claiming it to be the best way to do it.
