Sorry to be glib, but there really isn’t an answer to that since it depends on the fit.

But unfitted ORE ships are weaker against EM or thermal, depends on ship.

Hey consider the rats of the space they’re in. If you’re in sanshas space for example they will probably be EM and Thermal tanked so go with Kin/Exp. If it’s high sec they’re probably omni tanked to deter suicide ganks. Of course they could be fit with anything you can only really have an educated guess unless you ship scan.
