LS mining anomalies empty are not de-spawning for weeks

It looks like this might be a bug going back 2 years now?

The spawn shows up in a probe scan, but is empty. It never goes away, and never refills.

Does anyone know of a workaround to get them to clear?

I remember this, man eve is a giant ball of tangled string pull one and something else goes wrong.
