are there some criteria to be eligable for the green crate? for some reason some of my accounts did not get it, and the selection seems random, some of my alpha that never log on got it, while others that are omega for years, every day in the game did not…

Opening a ticket with CCP is about your only recourse, short of them acknowledging there were some issues. Just remember to be polite and say “ please”.
