Lvl 4 rat bounties differences

I used to run missions in gallente space and having moved to minmatar systems, I’ve noticed that rat quality and quantity seems worse. For example I’ve always enjoyed doing the serpentis world collide, because in it’s final pocket everything spawned under 20 km and there was a lot of juicy battleships you could kill very quickly. However, now, when I do this mission in minmatar space and go the angels route, that last pocket feels worse. Not only there seem to be fewer battleships, but on top of that they also appear to be worth less isk compared to the serpentis ones I remember… And maybe it’s placebo, but I swear serpentis dropped better loot too.

I looked at the sansha ships in the same worlds collide mission (the first pocket where you pick a gate) and to my surprise there was even a 1 mil isk bounty battleship and some with 800k isk bounties…

Am I just imagining things here or is there something to it.

I don’t know the answer, but you may be onto something. I do feel the faction I run influences the types of missions given.

I’ll be curious to see if someone more experienced ends up commenting.

AIUI there is some variation with the spawns, in missions, some kind of RNG, but the Eve-Survival numbers should be a reasonable approximation.

guristas: 8

angels: 7

blood raiders: 6

sansha: 6
