Was this paid for via a Steam wallet ? I recall a few years back having an issue with Omega not activating because I’d somehow paid via my ( empty ) Steam wallet rather than directly via credit card.
You may have accidentally paid on the wrong account. Regardless, just do a support ticket, that’s the only way to get an answer.
Only one character on one account gets the Omega, have you claimed it on the wrong one?
A common problem for me is that during checkout it suddenly in the final step it shows a wrong account as the target. If that happens and you don’t stop the whole process and logout from the store and login again, the goods will be purchased for the wrong account.
So check you other accounts if the time got extended on one of them by error. If that happened in this case you need to make a support ticket.
Secondly there is sometimes a delay in processing the purchase. In a few cases i had to wait 30-60 minutes. If that applies to you just relog and recheck.
And finally you might also sometimes need to actually relog with your client before it really becomes active for your account. Happens a lot to me.

From my experience, it could be up to a few hours (maybe there was a billing server maintenance, but still… it may happen again).
Yes. That’s mainly the problem with browsers handling multiple sessions, especially if your browser is configured to keep you logged in to services even after you close and reopen it. Many online services are suffering from these issues.
Correct. Closing the client (game) and launcher, then opening the launcher again will refresh the session.

No….all the characters get Omega. It is the account that is Omega.
Correct. I didn’t bother replying to that post because I thought it was such an obvious mistake, it didn’t deserve attention. But now OP says he has claimed ‘Omega’ on a wrong character. That’s not possible, so it’s confusing what’s actually going on here.
No they don’t, only one character on the account will get the Omega.
It’s why MCT exists, so you can train up the other 2 beyond Alpha.
Where exactly does CCP offer a deal for activating Omega that only gives the Omega status per 1 character? Show it to me.
Omega is a term that refers to account, and not character. Because if you have 3 characters on your account, and you activate Omega, all those 3 characters will be Omega characters. You can’t train them all at the same time, no, but that’s a different term altogether. Those non-training characters are still Omega characters.
MCT is a different thing, and you seem to be confusing the two terms.
There is no such account in EVE Online that simultaneously has Omega and Alpha characters on it.

Totally incorrect. You might want to say that only one character on said account can train Omega skills, but aside from that all three characters have Omega active.
Omega does not only mean training, it means using Omega skills, ships and other Omega activities ingame.
All of which gets activated for all three characters and you can do all Omega activities if you log any character in while Omega is active for the account. Also you could pause training on one char and continue on another char of the account.
MCT is only for multichar training. It has nothing to do with the Omega status of the account.

Nope…you are definitely 100% wrong.
I have two Omega accounts….which have 6 chars. On this account I have 3 chars. None of them have ever been Alpha. Gloria has 43 million SP. The second char has 22 million SP, and I’ve just yesterday switched the training queue to that account so it can train for T3 ships. The third char has 12 million SP…..and is primarily the scout I use when I multibox with my other account. All these chars are Omega and have been from creation. They have never been Alpha….though I do have several separate Alpha accounts.
You are confusing MTC with Omega. On an Omega account you can by default only train one char at a time. But all the chars are Omega…and can fly Omega ships and get Omega rewards, etc.
