I just topped up the Omega subscription on Steam for my account, but it wasn’t applied to my existing character. Instead, it created a new sub-account and activated Omega status there. Is there any way to transfer this Omega subscription to the sub-account I’m currently using?
You should contact EVE support regarding the issue as most of us here are just players so can’t help you.
