While dmc and i have had some differences, calling him a pirate or griefer is not true at all. He has done quite a bit for pve and standings given his plan that he created.
He is on par with mike as far as helping noobs especially with pve

The real issue is that corps may use Amarr ships for one type of mission, Caldari ships for another, and so on. This means noobs simply don’t have the skills time to train any one type to a high level. What I experienced as a noob is that one puts a skill to the top of the queue, only to have another ‘more important’ skill jump ahead of that…and a repeat of this so that one’s original ‘important’ skill ends up well down the list. Magic 14 ends up actually becoming a case of weighing up competing skills and hoping one has made the right choice.
