Main War declaration thread

The super-sonic explosion that rocked your world after that comment was the “point” achieving orbital velocity and an incredible height, in the fastest time, EVER!, in the history of the Universe.

Ok, maybe I embellished it a bit. :slightly_frowning_face:

Would you say you literally can’t even?

So now that change is inbound then you all cry for balance…
Where were those cries earlier when they were just targets that couldnt fight back?

Lol, seriously. The amount of BS you write here to try to justify some stupid carebear agenda by creating a problem that does not exist. Go read the thread about the PA tackeover. They clearly state that EVE is financially in a very good place and the graphs from PCU and new player creation are not at it’s lowest, there is no concern there that would justify such a monumental desperate move as listening to your crappy ideas…

Seriously, if you think your idea is worth something try to sell them because you think the idea will enrich the gameplay for everyone and not with some invented problem because the sky is falling. It just shows that you have no real argument why we should even consider your crap.

Ok, dude…

You can imagine whatever you want but at the end of the day carebears will just ZERG you.

i dont think so

You are reasonable man and I’ll try to explain it to you. There is thing called Customer’s Desired Outcome and it said to make profit you must satisfy your customers. Eve have lots of “PVP style” customers and they want and they want continuous battles. Since they are competitive types they want to be at the top or at least second best. Since only 20% of the populations are at the top we can immediately figure out that 80% of the population is dissatisfied and will leave a game.

Bottomline: this type of customers could not build sustainable business model and it is necessary to attract another type of customers to make proffit.

Yea, LOL man, someone else in anotehr thread also brought up the login numbers. Ignorant fool has no idea what it was like playing this when 90% of people that were online were actually playing players. The login info is so skewed its not even funny. Not only does it not tell you the percentage of AFKers, bots and multiboxers but also doesnt tell you how many of the actually remaining active players are alphas, another words non paying customers.

Its sadly hilarious that it took CCP this long to investigate wardec stats, and then suddenly be concerned about how outrageous they are.

Doesnt exactly raise much confidence in how CCP is analyzing its own data.
Not just on this but across the entire spectrum of EVE issues.

Yea. I see how many people have decided to just log off and take breaks, many of which won’t come back after the recent wars alone. My friends / contact lists are shrinking. Others have decided to pack it up and move to HS or LS and become casuals, some stopped their subs and are now just alphas.

Meanwhile, in the systems where they used to be you have fleets of 20-30 brand spanking new bots taking out anoms for the ISK that rains from the skies and then pumping it into the economy screwing it up.

Well if wardecs get nerfed too hard we can just flood all of highsec with scuicide cats, there’s no real reason to pay for wardecs over buying truckloads of catalysts anyway.

My idea? What idea? I haven’t forwarded any idea here. Wardecs are a secondary matter to me. The real problem is that CCP’s actions have emptied highsec and that’s just gonna get worse. Probably that’s what has turned wardecs into a sudden matter, a kind of loss CCP can’t afford any longer.

It doesn’t matters how they fix wardecs. The problem is all the people who left while CCP pandered to nullsec playstyle, and how cheap and simple would have been to prevent that loss.

Now that cows have gotten out, there’s no point discussing how to close the barn door.

Possible.

But that is something that also needs to be addressed, once CCP finally analyzes their own data on how few suicide gankers, at how small cost, are causing how many players to leave EVE.

There is simple solution for suicidal gankers: disable their jump clones for 24 hours and teleport them immediately at the random far end of null sector.

Consequences of an illegal act that involves CONCORD could feasibly be increased.
For example CONCORD could start popping criminal flagged pods.
