Make Anoikis harder to exit

Reduce life-time of high-sec wormholes extremely. Make high-sec wormholes to be random for systems. Remove static high-sec wormholes.

The idea is to make Anoikis easy to enter but harder to leave. So Anoikis will shine again as a perfect, mysterious gameplay (as it intended). Let it be a really distant and unrefined space. The wormholes inside it could appear as often as they do now. But for connection with the empire those who decide to home it should be waiting for a week or more (even C1).
Thus players who would like to home Anoikis space should be ready to maintain their existence there and make it self-sufficient.

You are aware that CCP doesn’t want to make any specific area of space be totally self-sufficient? They like to force us to interact with each other. For example, W-space has no ice, which means no fuel blocks. That is on purpose.

There is ice in shattered systems. But also I meant to make reserves of it.

The low amount of ice and rarity of the shattered systems make it a moot point.
