Make NPCs in Serpentis Burrow combat anomaly spawn in one place

When i do Serpentis Burrow combat anomaly in high sec, some npcs will spawn 40 km away. Please make all the npcs spawn in one spot so i dont have to fly 40 km. Like Serpentis Refuge.
