Can i build Orcas and freighters in a Medium Citadel or are they classed as cap ships.
You can build Orca, freighter (including Bowhead) and jump freighter in a medium structure fitted with the Standup Manufacturing Plant in all regions of space. The distinction seems to be whether or not they are allowed in highsec rather than how big they are.
