Concord just needs more punishment. Caldari really need to write law, and make us get lawyers when we screw up in high sec. We should get jailed and moved to another jail in low sec. For some players they need a high security prison like the one seen in Riddick.

Not for the fireworks, but scrambling is an offensive action.
Because when you introduce new mechanics in the game, and then take them out, because some “whiners” in unknown space said so, extreme, maybe ship-based, maybe ammo-based ,or in this context, maybe module-based, new, counter-mechanics, are the only possible answer or at the very least… defence wall… that the other players, which plays in the very well monitored parts of Eve, can and should; come up with.
And if it was being nerfed, like ECM that has a % chance of working???
Or could they have a cycle time, and reload time???
Or need some kind of expensive fuel???
Sorry for my ignorance, but is there some difference in Concord response time to what is considered an offence, or they are all at the same level for response time???
They are two very different questions, I know.
At the same time, Burst modules, used to hit everyone on the battlefield, but they haven’t seen any change for a very long time, and faction scramblers with 20km+ are hard to cope with…
Especially for big, slow, T2 ships with the agility of the Statue of Liberty..
All the same level of response time, if offensive.
Some modules won’t be offensive, like fireworks. And I think repairs and cargo scanning also aren’t offensive but don’t know for sure as I don’t live in space where this matters. Silly HS rules.

I meant to re-think the mechanics of scramblers,
I heard at Fanfest a question about having an anti-scrambler module with much bigger strenght to allow counter-play multiple faction scramblers. (and no downsides, e.g.)
I thought it was a genuinely good question.
If I remember correctly one of the Devs talked about “Domino” effects so they would have thought about it, and that is probably the difficulty to answer properly to such a radical game mechanic change
Or have, the bastion module built in all Marauders, but with the added high-slot module, it would change many stats.
One thought, was to have the built in B. make work the bastion module in different assets, like T3 Destroyers e.g.

No you didn’t. The only question that came up during the Q&A was the implementation of faction Warp Core Stabilizers that also give +3 points of warp core strength to counter the +3 scramble strength faction modules.
There was at no point a discussion to counter multiple faction scramblers. And also no discucssion about them having “no downsides”.
