the local wouldn’t fix itself ccp …just saying
local is messed up to fk… some toons in station do not show up in local.
Removed a few inappropriate off topic responses, and those quoting them.
Local seems to be working now for me.
I logged an alt account. he was in a corp channel all his own. restart fixed it.
The alt didnt get a fleet channel. restart fixed that too.
I’m still afraid to undock but things seem ok for now.
Go get drunk.
Nope, Local is still busted. I’m in a Citadel, there’s another guy docked in the same place, local is showing completely empty.
time for rollback , …
Sticking plasters on a gaping wound just doesn’t work…please for once, listen to your community…or there will be consequences! (launches Hobgoblin I)
I guess we wont get our MOTDs back? All gone for me
weird local 1 person is chatting and it’s coming out as a different person
muted on several channels (reason = none) ; list of channel members are not active, local is not working or very slow refresh. Some channel name like player_-xxxxxxxx where xxxx is a number
Yeh corp MOTD is gone for me too. I can retype it tho. But strange thing is, private channel MOTD’s are still there.
When attempting to invite other players into convos/channels it doesnt inform me if they’re logged off at all.
private channels are gone here
xmpp working as intended … do not panic
Chat fix = total FAIL
Opened a private convo to someone and i did not know if they were online or not. Just a chat window and my name and my ‘hello’ but nobody else.
I don’t understand how changes to Chat Channels can break docking.
someone tried that with me I accepted and nothing opened but person could not see me typing in local either
@CCP: Thanks for executing this shutdown in a controlled manner I was wondering why the Hunt site I was in was not spawning more bad guys, pulled in my drones just in case, waited a bit longer, and then got the notification - nice, that’s the way to take it down! (I know - it’s not always possible, sometimes it just falls over of its own accord!
)
And thanks for the somewhat regular updates here on the status of the situation.
Good (bug)hunting! o7
