Channels loading incredibly slow. Some not loading at all. Ie; MOTDS, User lists, Member counts etc

MOTD loading and channel loading takes a very long time.
3 minutes after accessing the game I had some MOTDs load, but some channels are still missing (and stuck in a half-loaded state maybe judging by the incomplete, brighter tabs next to the outermost tab in a stack).
Channels window is still not loading content, and settings dialog does not load at all.
FOR F@CK SAKES DO A F@CKING ROLL BACK TAKING 4 HRS TO FIX IT BUT STILL F@CKED.

local empty, on other computer local is filled. same system, I agree do a ROLL BACK

Issues
All character in local are still not showing up in the local chat window.
edit; new issue the gear icon in the chat window will not open settings
edit; can not right click character from local and get the pop up window of options any more
edit; correction all character are showing just 30 second to minute for them to show in local chat.
And just now I got this in a chat:
EVE System > Dyver Phycad was muted by EVE System
Reason: “None”
ok lets help them fix the server

@CCP chat is still broken
Local not refreshing !!! MOTD from alliance chat gone ! , and corpmate crying he lost over 20 channels and they are not in “player channels” anymore.

As the chat system was completely broken on the test server last night I don’t know how on earth CCP thought that it would be a good idea to implement it on TQ today, even by CCP standeds this was a ludicrous thing to do.
Local list is not refreshing.
Perhaps if they had bothered to notice the chat system was complelty broken on sisi and by notice I mean listening to everyone telling them it was then they wouldn’t be in this situation to start with.

dude waiting for several hours is imo more then enough to start doing all that
Why can’t CCP not admit there mistake and roll back. working on test server for solution on this and not letting the players hurt for the waiting.
