As the title says - a market order buy/sell that has the range to only affect the constellation.
It would be a nice QOL:
- adds a granularity that already exists in game for contracts.
- works thematically for corps and alliances that ‘own’ and operate in a single constellation whereas # jump order range often spills over into neighbouring hostile areas.
