Impossible to understand what the question is here.
You will always fulfill the highest priced in-range buy order first. Pretty sure ranged buy orders will not take buys in upwells except the one they’re located in, either.
if you could fulfill a ranged upwell order in a different upwell station we would constantly be reading posts from someone like you about how your order got fulfilled in a different station that you’re not allowed to dock at.
Lol..“Legacy Markets”…alright…this is too far out…i think i will not participate here as i was almost ready to throw mean words at you…“Legacy Markets”…i put it mildly: interesting wording and idea…but not founded in any sane reality…
However i searched for you a bit and couldn’t find official documentation on it, but your thread is about the fifth on that topic since 2019. So you could also easily have searched and found your answer already.
The consensus is:
“you cannot sell items to a remote buy order from within a player owned Upwell structure (Citadel, Engineering Complex, etc.). This is to prevent someone from selling items to a remote buy order where the buyer may not have access to the player owned Upwell structure.”
If they were free, there wouldn’t have to be so many limitations to prevent abuse. This feature to not be able to remote sell into Upwell structures is one of them. Upwell are scams, not free.
Free Markets is a terminology it doesn’t define it been free. Would you prefer Player markets which Eve is actually run off. Its a easy change to have genuine Open Market Structures that prevent ACL scams if FC so desired.
Also you can and I still do sell out of Player Structures via buy orders I am thinking its now faster but more costly to do so in NPC station.
Honestly thought peeps would have liked the idea of Player Markets in Structures aka Null Sec Big Block Markets
