Recently, I have had issues with receiving items from market while in Gallente space.
(Second Occurrence) Put in immediate purchases for items on market in Dodixie for fuel blocks and it takes the ISK… but no blocks! I check to see if I was mistaken in it being in another station… nope. Same station, same order verified, ISK taken, but no items received.
Has anyone else had this issue before or recently? Any information is appreciated!
At the risk of pointing out the obvious – did you buy from sell orders on the market or did you set up buy orders? The type of thing you describe is always the case of a player setting up a buy order, they think it’s immediate, but if your offered price doesn’t actually match any of the sell orders’ (i.e. it’s lower than the cheapest sell price) then you’re not gonna get the items ‘‘immediately’’. You’ll have to wait till someone comes around willing to sell the items at your price point.
if you did match the cheapest sell price (but then, why would you set up a buy order?) then you should get your items immediately, but sometimes there can be a bit of a delay. Not more than a few minutes, usually.
