@Developers Okay where do I start! My account is not being allowed to change/jump clones from structure to structure or in same structure. My account is also not able to redeem login items, I’m not able to log off or quiet the game without having to CNTRL+ALT+DEL. The structure window while docked is also gone and I’m not able to change setting in the in-game setting menu. I’m not able to undock due to not having the undock button from the structure window when docked. I have seen other forums discussing the clone issue but no mention of how it was fixed. Out of all 5 accounts and 10 characters, only this single character is having these issues described above. please help cause I’m wasting OMEGA time waiting for a fix.
submit a bug report..they won’t see that here, and if the developer tag is like the isd tag, nobody will see it.
i put 3 bug reports and 3 support tickets, still nothing
1 report is sufficient.. multiple reports bogs it down and makes it take longer.
TBH with the minimal detail you’ve provided, I’d guess that your game install has gotten corrupted. You could try a “force verify all files” from the launcher, but with that level of mess I’d most likely uninstall, reboot, and install again.
Don’t forget to back up your profiles and settings and maybe save your overview setup as well.

If i uninstall the game entirely would I have to apply back to the corp and things? Would all my leaderships roles be gone and have to get my director to give back? Also, all the auths i have to do.

“UPDATE” I have fixed the issue. After waiting a week with nothing from CCP and giving them all the logs they asked and files they wanted, no one responded back to my tickets. I just fully deleted and uninstalled everything. I re-installed eve and launcher and after many hours of redoing all my settings, overviews, key binds for 10 accounts It’s currently running okay. Still get a complete PC freeze now and then but nothing stated in initial thread is happening. I believe I found the issue though. The New 8.0.5 EveOpreview I installed seemed to be the issue with corrupting files on accounts. I went with the older version and is holding up.
