Hi All, just wondering what the max percentage is on an Armor Burst when everything is fully trained, ship, fleet etc. Have an ORCA pilot getting 18.8% is that the max?
Absolution should provide better armor burst rates, it has a Bonus to the strength of Armor Command Burst Modules. I am currently not at home, so you’ll have to do a PyFa sim yourself if you need the exact number.

Orca won’t have the max armor boost, it only has shield and mining boost bonuses.
The biggest armor bonuses will be one of the smallgang armor command cruisers (Astarte or the Amarr version) with armor mindlink implant and max skills. Not at a PC to check.

When it comes to command ships there is one that focuses on max burst % and another that focuses on range.
The minimtar command ships are like this idk about Amarr
