I am wondering what is the maximum number of shares a corporation can have (if have any maximum number). Thanks

Probably more than you’ll ever realistically need, if its a 32bit int its going to either be 2 billion if signed or higher if not, so i wouldn’t expect you will run out of shares, not that shares really do anything anyway

Idk if corps use them how they are supposed to, but they have voting power uses

Sure but most corps don’t really need them, not that there are many things to vote on that wouldn’t just be decided by the CEO or a small group with decision making power
