I can’t seem to find updated information on making Boosters. Old guides point to Drug labs attached to POS in low sec and EVEUni states these structures are being phased out of the game in favor of upwell structures.

So, do you still need a drug lab? If so, what does it attach to? Alternatively, can boosters be made in an Athanor or Tatara?

I know the gas and reactions can be done in the upwells, but nothing states anything about the final production.

Boosters are just types of reactions. So you make them in low sec or null with the structures you mentioned.

Reactions are done in refineries, final production is manufacturing-based and thus can be installed in any station/structure that supports manufacturing.
