Merging BPCs

Wouldnt it be amazing if CCP could make a way to merge BPCs with same ME and TE stats?
I.e. I have 3 Rifter BPCs:
BPC1 5 runs, ME5, TE10.
BPC2 3 runs, ME5, TE 10.
BPC3 5 runs, ME 10, TE10.

And then be able to merge BPC1 and BPC2 into a new BPC with 8 runs, ME5, ME10
I think this would help reduce the “clutter” for everyone who works with a lot of copies and invention.

In todays system many of us are hitting the 1000 item limit very quickly and have to use cans to organize and work around the item limit. Being able to merge BPCs would greatly alleviate this.

They said thats what they have to use

Manufacture them or sell off the copies you don’t need. I don’t see a need for blueprint merging and I have a hangar full of them.
