Same here, I got my 20/20 by doing a lvl 1 mission for the Complete Combat Missions objective.
But it looks like contributions made between the time the problem started and until now still do not count.
Thanks everyone for the positive reports! I’m happy to say that I was able to complete objectives as well (for manufacturing Valkyries and hacking in Bulwark systems on the Minmatar campaign). Wouldn’t have known to try again without y’all. What a relief!
Sooo… objectives stopped counting during the final stretch, we lost roughly a day or more of usable campaign time, and the campaign still ended right on schedule.
Has Fenris said anything about how the missing time will be handled? Extension, retroactive progress, compensation — anything?
I came back to the campaign pretty late, so I’m not going to pretend the bug is the only reason I didn’t get further. That part is on me. But losing a chunk of the remaining time in a time-limited campaign still feels pretty rough, especially while actively pushing the last milestones.
I made it to the Thrasher reward in the end. Personally, I’d happily settle the matter for the Stabber Fleet Issue SKIN I was chasing next. 
Jokes aside, I’d mainly like to know whether the lost campaign time is going to be addressed in any way.
