LOL, I do a shitton of PI and can tell you - it ain’t clicky. Clickfest is only in setting it up, afterwards you can reap the rewards - for long time, if you know what to make.
My profits are only growing because finally I don’t have to compete with “minerals I mine are free” crowd. You are not doing industry - you are just mining minerals to make something…
Sorry, but we don’t have pay2win… pay2win is golden ammo that can be only made from plex. Just 'cuz you can afford skillpoints or can get extra isk from your real life wallet doesn’t give you advantage over someone that can do the same from inside game.

I don’t know if buying SP is P2W or not, doesn’t affect me really any way. Having seen many threads & comments on the P2W thing I often wonder, what exactly is a “win” in Eve?
For myself it’s the fun/interest factor so I’m a winner, yay for me.
Do you mean they could literally sell gold titans in the shop it would not be P2W in your books because one can not “win” EVE?
Maybe you should just read up on what people mean by the term and not just interpret it literally.

I think it is good practice to just shoot the miner down and then evaluate the situation in a followup conversation. Safety first!

Or you could just get an Orca. Ultimately that is the solution the brain dead devs are after.

Mining barges are no longer viable because you have to leave the ore every 15 minutes.
pffft what I’m saying is seemingly no-one can define what a win is or at least you can only define what it is for yourself cos everyone’s Eve is different.
As you very well know, the ability to buy a titan and all the skills doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily use it the right way or have a clue how to. So is the ability to buy a shiny toy and the ultimate pretty explosion a win?
Inform yourself what pay2win stands for.
A quick google search will lead you to a Wikipedia article.

if you buy red modules with real money them is kinda pay2win
but even them you will have to not suc% to use them in any meaningful way
You still take it literally. It’s not about winning at all. Pay2win is if you can shortcut game progression with RL money. In EVE this would be the accumulation of wealth or SP.

The only problem I have is if I try and mine Veldspar from a high sec belt. The Asteroids are not larger enough in volume for my lazer cycles in yield.

let me tell you why , because knowledge of eve mechanics and experience in the game, contacts and big balls is more important than stats in eve, i sell ALL my SP since skill extractors were introduced in the game, make me grind less and plex faster , so in this game the "progression"is more in the player than in the char, because of that veteran players don’t really care much about skills or blinged ships , they know that a noob in a 10 bil ship is just a loot pinata , yet i said that red loot is kinda p2w , because they are a abomination expired in other mmos and not aligned eve ethos at all , but even with red loot , player experience > blinged chars every day, there is lots of REALY powerful eve players that don’t even log in , they do meta game stuff , eve is a game like no other , and terms like end game , progression , gear , etc , don’t apply very well to it

yeah but is not the same and you know it, if a guy get the best set in wow he will have a BIG advantage , and will be way more powerful , if you give a noob in eve a full skilled char and a hangar with all the ships and all the blings he will still be a noob , he will be ganked , he will open a topic here saying i quit this game because bla bla bla , you know it
