I mean, we all know the Minmatar Republic has a close relation to various pirate groups, but this outpost at a stargate on their border with the Gallente is unusually brazen in its advertisements of Angel Cartel products, Mindflood, and of course the Deathless Circle.

Isn’t that an Insurgency system? All billboards show advertisements from the pirate faction if they have enough local progress. The station interiors get new decorations too.
